River Level: Lumber River in Lumberton is at 9.4ft (below flood stage)

• A Tornado Watch is now in effect for Georgetown, Horry, Bladen, New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus counties (and adjacent coastal waters) effective until 200 AM EDT Aug 4, 2020

• Isais is expected to be at or near hurricane strength when it reaches the coast of northeast SC and southeast NC in a few hours and hurricane conditions are expected in the warning area this evening. 

• Storm Surge Warning remains in effect for Brunswick, Horry, and Georgetown counties for potential surge of 3 to 5 ft inundation

• Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for a large swath of 4-6" of rain with some higher amounts in a few locations

• Weather conditions will improve during Tuesday morning as the storm quickly accelerates away toward the north-northeast
