INVITATION TO REBID
The Robeson County Solid Waste will be accepting sealed bids for construction of the Land Clearing and Inert Debris (LCID) landfill at Robeson County Landfill located at 246 Landfill Rd, St. Pauls, North Carolina 28384. This project includes filling and grading of base grades, construction of the access road, and construction of sediment basin and erosion and sediment control features.

Bidding Schedule:
Bidding documents are available on: Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Non-Mandatory Site Visit on: Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
Questions submitted, by email, to LaBella Associates, P.C: Tuesday, April 30, 2024, by 5:00 PM.
Sealed bids will be due no later than: Tuesday May 14, 2024, by 3:00 PM.
Bids should be hand delivered or mailed to Gene Walters, Director, Robeson County Solid Waste, 246 Landfill Rd., St. Pauls, NC 28384. Place “BID ENCLOSED” and bid opening date on the envelope. Award will be made in the best interest of Robeson County Solid Waste Department. The right to reject any or all bids and proposals and to accept bids other than the low bid is reserved. A North Carolina General Contractor license is required to bid on this project. Award is anticipated on or about mid-April 2024 with construction beginning by May 2024.
